The Project

Overview

Manage Cote NYC’s social accounts to showcase new menu items, restaurant updates, and key beverage programs. Created overarching social strategy, tone of voice, social series, and humanized the restaurant by featuring restaurant workers and teams.


The Role

  • Serve as Social Media Manager - responsible for community management, posting schedule, social strategy, and content creation/curation.

  • Concept new ideas for social and procure user generated images to reram to integrate Cote’s community into our feed

  • Oversee photoshoots + capture content for social (IG Stories, Magnum Mondays, special events)

  • Break the notion that Michelin Star/ Fine Dining Restaurants have to be stuffy through engaging and fun copy and content

  • Manage customer inquiries and questions on social

  • Measure and track social efforts to inform future strategy and plans


The Results

  • Increased the business’ followership organically by 10K in 1 year (from 17K to 27K)

  • Created new processes and educated core team members on how to measure success for social and what it means to define success for the account

  • Updated custom dashboard that help to report on the results to be shared throughout the team

  • Concept new and engaging content ideas to grow engagement and following (i.e. giveaway at the restaurant and more)

  • Create & Sustain content series/ franchises (#MagnumMondays and #FanFridays) to integrate our community and show beyond just the restaurant’s beautiful photos
